Managers Profile
Director: Mr. Olifile Ngwenya
Mr. O. Ngwenya is a young hard working Civil Engineering Technologist. He holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and B Tech: Civil: Transportation Engineering (cum laude) from Tshwane University of Technology.
He has over five (05) years of working experience in the field of civil engineering. His experience ranges from planning to contract administration as well as implementation of civil engineering projects. He is registered as a candidate engineering technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
He is a graduate member of the Institute of Professional Engineering Technologists (IPET) and an associate member of South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE). He has acquired a vast experience in contract administration on various projects ranging from township, building services, rural development infrastructure and construction management.
He performed his expertise for both public & private sectors. The duties he performed as both the contractor and engineer among others include but not limited to tendering and tender evaluation, preparation and reviewing of contractual claims, pricing and costing, preparation and reviewing of payment certificates, land surveying, site management, site supervision, quality control, preparation of reports, documentation, preparation of as-built drawings and approval of the completed work.
